Afolio is published by The Half Bakery Pty Ltd (ACN 696 628 592). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What stays on your Mac

Your collection — every set, minifigure, photo, note, condition, and price you enter — is stored locally on your Mac. We do not have a copy. The app does not require an account to use.

API keys and credentials

If you choose to connect a third-party pricing or catalog service, the credentials you enter (such as a BrickLink consumer key) are stored in your system Keychain and never sent to us.

Crash and stability data

The app may collect aggregated, non-personal crash and stability data so we can find and fix bugs. This data does not identify you and is not used for marketing or analytics.

Purchase information

If you purchase Pro, payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles all card details. We never see or store your payment information. We retain enough information to issue and verify your license — primarily the email address associated with your purchase and your license status. We do not retain personal data beyond what is needed for licensing and support.

Third-party services

Afolio fetches catalog and pricing data from Rebrickable, BrickLink, Brickset, BrickEconomy, and LEGO.com. These calls are anonymous lookups — they do not identify you — unless you have configured an account with one of those services and connected it to Afolio. In that case, those calls are made under your account and that service’s privacy policy applies to them.

Website

The afolio.app website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you (which is essentially limited to your purchase email and license status) by emailing support@afolio.app.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
