These terms apply to your use of Afolio, a Mac app published by The Half Bakery Pty Ltd (ACN 696 628 592). By installing or using Afolio, you agree to these terms.

The app

Afolio is a Mac app for personal LEGO collection tracking. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We make a reasonable effort to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behaviour, or compatibility with future operating systems.

License

Afolio offers a free tier with usage limits and a one-off Pro unlock. The Pro unlock entitles you to use the included Pro features for the lifetime of the app. We may introduce additional paid tiers or features in the future that are not part of the existing Pro unlock.

Your Pro license is tied to the email address used at purchase. You may use it on any Mac you own.

Third-party services

Afolio integrates with third-party services such as Rebrickable, BrickLink, Brickset, BrickEconomy, and LEGO.com to fetch catalog and pricing data. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. If you connect your own account with one of those services, you are responsible for that account.

Intellectual property

Afolio is owned by The Half Bakery Pty Ltd. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse this app. Catalog data and images come from third-party sources and remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Half Bakery Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Afolio. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the app in the previous twelve months.

Refunds

You may request a full refund of your Pro purchase within 14 days of the purchase date for any reason. No justification is required.

To request a refund, email support@afolio.app from the address you used to purchase Pro. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws in your country.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
