Managing Your Collection

Your collection is the heart of Afolio. Each set you own is tracked as an individual instance with its own acquisition details, condition, and parts inventory.

Adding Sets

Browse the Catalog section in the sidebar to find sets. Click a set, then click Add to Collection. The set appears in your collection immediately.

Set Details

Select a set from your collection to view its details. The detail pane has three tabs:

Overview — hero image, set info, instructions, minifigures in the set
Inventory — acquisition details (how you got it, price paid, condition), disposal tracking, and the parts checklist button
Parts — browse all parts in the set with color and category filters

Multiple Copies

Own more than one copy of a set? Each copy is tracked separately with its own condition, acquisition details, and parts progress. PRO

Favorites

Mark any set as a favorite by clicking the star icon. Favorite sets appear in the Favorites sidebar section for quick access.

Wishlist

Add sets you don't own yet to your wishlist. Browse the catalog, find a set, and click the heart icon. Wishlist items appear in the Wishlist sidebar section.

Trash

Deleted sets go to the Trash. You can restore them or permanently delete them from the Trash view. Trashed sets don't count toward your collection totals.

Free Tier Limits

Free users can track up to 25 sets. The sidebar shows your current count (e.g. "17/25"). Unlock Afolio Pro for unlimited tracking.
