Parts Checklist

Track which pieces you have for each set. Perfect for reassembling sets from bulk lots or verifying completeness before selling.

Opening the Checklist

Select a set from your collection
Go to the Inventory tab
Click the Parts Checklist button

The checklist opens in its own window so you can work alongside the main app.

Tracking Parts

Each part shows the required quantity and how many you've logged. Click the + and − buttons to increment or decrement the count. The completion ring at the top shows your overall progress.

Click a part image to enlarge it. Right-click a part to copy its part number, with or without the color ID.

Filtering and Sorting

Color chips — click to filter by specific colors
Category chips — filter by part category (Bricks, Plates, etc.)
Search — find parts by name, number, or color
Filter mode — show All, Missing only, or Complete only
Sort — by name, quantity, part number, or completion
Group — by color, category, or ungrouped

Printing Missing Parts

Click Print Missing Parts to generate a formatted printout of all pieces you're still looking for. The printout includes part images, names, colors, and quantities — useful for bringing to a LEGO store or placing a BrickLink order.

Minifigure Parts

The checklist includes parts from minifigures in the set. If a set includes 2 of the same minifigure, the part quantities are doubled accordingly.

Parts checklist progress is included in CSV exports. See Export & Import for details.
